It’s hard to believe that another year has gone by – and what a year it has been!

Our team has grown and we have opened up new studio classes (using all of the studio equipment) which have proved to be so popular that we are looking at how best to add more classes into the studio timetable.

It seems a long time since the summer, but we still remember fondly those delicious summer mornings by the river where we were privileged to introduce outdoor Pilates to many new clients – we are so grateful to InKingston for allowing us to run those classes throughout the summer – and to our clients who showed up each week, full of energy and enthusiasm.

We were delighted to offer to a full house, our Mindfulness Goal Setting session, run by the inspirational Cynthia Bonell – and received fantastic feedback from clients.  We are working with Cynthia to explore how we can build on that in 2020.

We have plans to develop our offering to our clients over the next 12 months, to help you all Find Your Flow – in whatever way works best for you.  Look out for new ideas in the studio -and if you have any feedback, ideas, or suggestions as to how we can improve our service, please get in touch.

We could achieve none of this without the generous support, enthusiasm and passion of our amazing clients.  You inspire us every day and watching your strength, mobility and energy grow week by week is a real thrill.
