All Things Pilates is a fully equipment Matwork and Reformer studio based in Kingston Upon Thames,Surrey. At our studio we offer weekly Mat and Reformer classes as well as Private and Semi-Private Pilates sessions from studio. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner through to the more advanced.
Whether you are new to Pilates, or you have been practising for years, we are here to guide you and make sure you attend a lesson that is appropriate for you. Many Doctors, and other health professionals, recommend Pilates as a way to strengthen your core, to help reduce chronic back pain, and improve your flexibility which has been clinically proven to improve quality of life. Pilates can also assist with arthritis and osteoporosis by keeping you mobile and improving your posture. If what you're after is simply a more toned body, Pilates can help with that too!
For those who would like Pilates offered at your place of work, we also offer corporate matwork classes, in and around Surrey and Central London.

At our regular staff meetings we cover updates in the world of Pilates, performance and rehabilitation as well as feeding back from courses that we have attended. This is a key element in ensuring that we have the broad skills and knowledge required to help our clients get the most from their Pilates program.
