Whether you are new to Pilates, or you have been practising for years, we are here to guide you and make sure you attend a lesson that is appropriate for you. Many Doctors, and other health professionals, recommend Pilates as a way to strengthen your core, to help reduce chronic back pain, and improve your flexibility which has been clinically proven to improve quality of life. Pilates can also assist with arthritis and osteoporosis by keeping you mobile and improving your posture. If what you’re after is simply a more toned body, Pilates can help with that too!
For those who would like Pilates offered at your place of work, we also offer corporate matwork classes, in and around Surrey and Central London.
Our Studio Vision
Our vision is to be the premier Pilates studio in the Kingston area with a focus on excellence in all that we do.
Our Studio Values
Our values are what we believe will help us achieve this vision and they are laid out below.
Client Centred: Our focus is firmly on delivering the best quality service possible to all our clients at the studio. We strive to achieve this through engaging in discussion with our clients for their goals, their feedback and their recommendations. Many of our recent developments, including class times and Workshops, have been developed due to client feedback.
Teacher Development: At All Things Pilates we value the importance of development as a team. We host regular training sessions for our teachers where we cover updates in the world of Pilates, rehabilitation and healthcare as well as feeding back from other courses which we have attended. This is a key element in ensuring our teachers are of the highest calibre which means that we can offer the best quality Pilates as a studio.
Strive for Excellence: Our first two values feed directly into our last. We want to ensure that every time anyone attends All Things Pilates they are leave having completed sessions tailored to themselves, with an appropriate amount of challenge and delivered in an environment conducive to improving general well being.
