Sydney Yoshida

Sydney brings a calm presence to the studio that is infectious. She is committed to her own daily practice. She inspires her clients of all ages and backgrounds to progress their strength and function through finding the enjoyment in the process.

Sydney began her Pilates journey 10 years ago after experiencing how great Pilates made her feel. She continued to do Pilates through both her pregnancies and has used Pilates as a tool to help recover from injuries.

Her background was in the financial services industry but she chose to follow her passion by training with Polestar Pilates 2016. Sydney feels passionately about how good postural alignment and core strength benefits all aspects of life and improves performance in sports. She loves training for long distance runs, spinning and yoga. When not in the studio, she enjoys travelling with her family.
