Set your health and wellbeing goals for 2022!

Ok – so this may not be your particular goal – but perhaps it is! 

One client told us recently that her ambition is to do a handstand, another wants to complete the Couch to 5K running challenge (at the fourth time of asking) and another wants to recover well from injury.

If you have a particular goal that you’re aiming to achieve in 2022, let us know by completing our goal setting survey here.

If you’re not sure about how to frame your goals, have a word with your teacher or contact us and we’ll arrange a telephone discussion with one of our expert teachers!

While you have your laptop/tablet out we would really appreciate you leaving a short review about the studio and our services on Google.  This can really help us to let other people know that we are here and ready to help.

Our class timetable for February is now open for bookings!

There are a couple of important changes to the timetable:

– On Wednesday mornings, Ali will teach an online class at 7.30am
– Currently, we are unable to offer a Reformer Plus Class at 12pm on Fridays – but there are lots of alternative classes available – see the timetable above.

All Things Pilates Community Corner!

Many of you know Leanne who gets you going in the morning with online classes on Monday and Friday at 7am.  Leanne is running what promises to be a truly memorable Pilates retreat in an idyllic setting in Cornwall at the end of this month.  With delicious homemade cateringluxurious bedrooms and hot tubscountry walks and lots of Pilates – you’ll have the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with what your mind and body need!
