Gemma heads up our Physiotherapy led Pilates Appointments. She successfully blends her knowledge of treatment into their 1:1 appointments, creating an environment both fun and rehabilitative.

If you have specific clinical needs, such as injuries you wish to get on top of, we recommend arranging an appointment with her. This service is available online or in the studio depending on what works best for you.
