Online Classes
We are excited to announce a new Online class from Monday 9 May at 6pm.  The class is suitable for all levels of ability and will be delving deeper into some of the intermediate level movements and flows.  You can book your place below.

As a reminder, our current Find Your Flow programs are:
on Wednesdays it’s Side-Lift; and

on Fridays it’s Bridging.

Reformer Plus Classes
Jacqueline is looking forward to meeting clients at the Reformer Plus classes on Tuesday evenings at 7pm and 8pm.  We have an exciting class plan at the moment, with lots of stretches to tone and lengthen muscles at the end of a busy day and help you overcome any threatened mid-week energy slump!

All Things Pilates Community Corner!

This week on Instagram we’re show-casing the Plank and Long-Stretch on the Reformer. 

This is a real toughie for many of us!  It is great for improving core strength and overall stability and balance.   You can of course also do the Plank on the Mat – if you’d like to give it a go but are not sure how, have a word with your Instructor – they’re always pleased to help!
